On Saturday 16 November, in place of our regular classes, you’re invited to join us for a trip to beautiful Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. There’s swimming, rock-hopping and other beach fun on offer. Everyone welcome! As this is not a supervised class however, we ask that under 16’s be chaperoned by a parent or guardian.

Moreton Bay Regional Council’s free weekly parkour classes for older adults (50+) at the parkour park at Woody Point, are continuing this year. These free classes are part of the Council’s Healthy & Active program.

Bookings must be made through the council’s Healthy & Active website.
