Open to boys and girls, ages 7-11. Introducing the fundamentals of parkour training for young kids in a safe and controlled environment. The 1-hour sessions cover a wide range of ‘parkour techniques’, but with a focus on improving movement and ability to cover any obstacle safely and efficiently. Each class covers safety, preparation, technique and fitness using a range of teaching and learning styles, from progressive skill tuition to games and movement challenges.
